I have used my 5D Mark II for photos since I first bought it new. Recently, I have started using it to shoot video for vlogging and want the best possible quality I can get for this process. I have been using my iPhone for vlogging, shooting in 4k using Filimic Pro. My initial thought was I would install ML and shoot in 4K to match, but now that I have it installed I am feeling a bit overwhelmed.
I have read through the suggested Read-Me and have watched some YouTubes, but still am not sure of all the settings, what will work the best together, what will work the best for vlogging, etc.
The auto focus / face recognition is important to me, and I am not sure it is working anymore? I can easily shoot for 10-20-30 minutes and see that some of the shooting modes have time limits as well.
Can anyone provide some recommendations for the best settings for vlogging?
