Hello!
I tried to install ML on my EOS 450D just 5 minutes ago to avoid problem with live view after 30minutes (I found some information that ML can help with that).
Unfortunately while installing - WB blue led gleamed up constantly...and that's It. 15 minutes later - i restarted this cam but screen is black and camera is not recognizable by computer.
In viewfinder i can see everything with every info (light etc.)
AF is also working, but I can't make a photo and screen is black.
I found on this forum a few topics about black screens as a hardware problem but it happend just few seconds after ML installation so I'm pretty sure that's a reason.
Could you help me?
Remove battery
Remove card
Insert battery
Close compartment doors

Hello I have similar issue.
SD card (4GB) formatted in Canon.
Firmware 1.1.0
While started upgrade firmware with ML on SD card then LCD was black.
Blue led blinking, and after 3 minutes is turned on permanently without blinking.
Mentioned solution is not working:
Remove battery
Remove card
Insert battery
Close compartment doors
Report back

I have no option to edit my post.
It works now.
When blue led was constantly turned on, I restarted Canon and ML works well.
