Thank you! I'm not sure on the build though. I've been using an old build from a while ago when 12bit was first introduced. I don't use crop so I never updated because I basically have everything I needed. But I do I need to see what's new. These newer crop builds seem amazing
Not just nicely shot but great writing and voice acting too.
...How did you light the interior shots?

How did you light the interior shots?
Looks like a natural light from windows
what this filmed using the 180 shutter rule?
wonderful video! hard to image this camera is over 10 years old and still producing amazing footage like this.

Yes, but that doesn't mean that it is...

\ (•◡•) / Hey thanks for the compliments!
For the lighting, we mainly used natural window lights since we used the location on a time crunch. But the "through the windows" shots we used a small white diffuser. In this shot here you can see the main actor holding a reflector in the window to soften the sunlight lololololololol (i forgot to bring my polarizer).

Not sure about shutter. I never really ever pay attention to shutter. I just usually turn the knobs until I get the exposure that I want. I try to remember to always go 1/50, 1/100, 1/200,... etc but honestly I never noticed a difference and never cared enough ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

I know!!! I love it. I can't justify buying another camera (maybe s1h or sigma fp) because internal RAW is just so amazing. I just REALLY REALLY hate that I can't see playback. I will literally film one take in .MOV and then film another take in RAW just so that the actress can see what she looks like --problem solved haha-- .

To be honest, the shot probably looks better for it! One to add to the notebook...

Sigma 35 Art = best lens hands down. Fight me
I like the lens in the Sigma DP2. (The new 45mm f2.8 shipping with the Sigma FP seems to be a very close relative when I look at the diagrams.)
This was beautiful. What aspect ratio did you use in ML?
