Nothing wrong with your mlvapp settings... I think you just underexposed too much, so your noise is popping more. Or EOS M just has a bad ISO performance compared to Fuji, who knows.

Maybe Dng is better ops for low light.....
For BPM filter 1/8 and 1/4 are pretty close .Try 1/8 Depends on lenses ,camera .

Much better. What software did you use? Converting from MLV to DNG will take no effect on image quality.
