Hi Zeek, nice colours/storytelling, the video looks "strechy/unnatural", it reminds me of bad bollywood 4:3 to 16:9 transfers when dvds first started, what if you recorded/exported in 4:3 and in your favourite editor cropped to 2:39?

Hey Ricardo, Thanks for the feedback  ;)
Everything was correct.
It was the post editing in final cut pro where I slightly adjusted the x and y value to get rid of the vignette on the sides.
That's what created the wrong/slightly unbalanced stretch.
The original 4:3 [1600x1158] exported footage from MLV App to 2.39:1 4096x1716 was correct.
Cheers!

Its a unique look, ive been waiting for the 12mm price to come down and use it for astro, i noticed something in the pannings...for example at 12s...theres a kind of "warp", did you creat a panning in post to match a panning that you recorded? or is it a 7artisans "side effect", i kind of see it throughout the video but at a smaller "scale".

The 12mm should be good considering the price. @12s it's the curvature of the taking lens directly behind the adapter as well as my movement and some stabilisation in post.
