Title: File recorded in raw (5d mk2) indicates 30fps when 25fps is marked
Post by: Ferran on May 22, 2019, 12:48:06 AM
Camera: 5d mk2
Recording in raw mlv
Canon menu: 25fps
The file I get says it's at 30fps
How do I stay in 25fps?
I tried activating fps overide and mark there 25fps too.
The file I get (the dng folder) says it's at 30fps (i import via Aftereffects)
Although MLVFS says it's a 25fps recording.

If you've imported the dng's into After Effects, then you must interpret the footage manually as 25 FPS. Do this by right clicking on the file in After Effects. See the screenshots below.

You can also use the smart import script to batch import and render files, which will save you time
