In this case can I use a SSD drive to the Sata port and storage realtime video at the most hight rates?
The magiclanter can run from a ssd drive?

All SSD's have a SATA connection as that is the mainstream connection used by internal drives.
There are no CF/SD to SATA convertors, and if there was, the only benefit would be storage size, not speed. There are CF/SD cards on the market that are fast enough to saturate their respective interfaces.
USB to SATA would be of no benefit as the USB interface on Canon cameras is slow.
