Title: Reccommended ISO for 14 bit Lossless

In the ML menu. When I highlight 14 bit lossless is says " Recommended Iso < 100" Does this mean to use Iso values greater than 100? or 100? I thought native ISO's were 160,320,640,etc.

Thanks. I actually have dyslexia. I always get curt and obnoxious replies from experienced and knowledgeable members. Too bad they aren't as generally helpful on this site.
