How do I switch from 14 bit recording to 12 or 10 bit recording? Do I need to download separate module for 12 and 10 bit?
I'm running this nightly build: Nightly.2018Feb04.FD3113

Standard nightly doesn't have 10 or 12 bit options, or even lossless option.
You need to download a build from the experimental download page:

The '4K raw video recording; lossless compression' build is probably the best build for choosing different recording options.
It has 14, 12 and 10 bit and even lossless raw recording option.
There is also a '10/12-bit RAW video' build, which has 10 and 12 bit option in it, but probably doesn't have the lossless option in it.
You can find the recording option within the raw video menu.
