Title: Infinity Focusing
Post by: garry23 on November 10, 2018, 12:03:36 PM
Unusually for me, I'm posting with no link to ML or Lua!

For the landscape photographers in the ML community, I thought you may be interested in my latest blog article: http://photography.grayheron.net/2018/11/infinity-focusing-in-your-head-rule-of.html

This introduces the Rule of 10 for landscape focusing.

Great article. Thanks! I remember something similar from an ancient book on Super8 filming by Ivan Watson – long out of print...

@timbytheriver

Thanks for the book reference, I'll try and look for it, as I love looking at old books.

I must say, I thought of the Rule of 10 idea myself, but I wouldn't be surprised if others had similar ideas.

Cheers

Garry
