Thanks to Magic Lantern and MLV App which are the best weapons to shoot and handle raw videos.
I used to post-processed in raw2cdng / cr2hdr to handle raw/dual iso footages.
It`s a time consuming task until I tried MLV App which is the best software to process raw clips now.

I use MLVFS on mac, is this what you are referring to?
And, does it automatically process dual iso and HDR clips? If so I've been missing out on a big feature for fear it would require way more processing and not be trustworthy on a shoot.
MLVFS can process Dual ISO but you will need something else for HDR. Note that HDR video shoots alternate frames at different ISO's and can be used with H.264 while Dual ISO can only be done on raw video.
For HDR on Mac try Danne's switch app.

MLV App only process raw footage.
HDR Video is H.264 and MLV App doesn`t support it.
I use HDR-workflow-051 to process HDR Video.And it is more time-consuming.
What hdr workflow are you referring to? Links?
Anyway. Switch handles h264 just fine.
