Hello dear forum members!
I am a 16 year old highschool student with a lot of PC knowledge and -just- interest -yet- in programming.
I am owning the canon 800D and sadly months ago found that ML doesn't support it. Recently however I saw it in the porting started (or rom dumpers available, i dont remember rn) list. Does that mean that people have started working on that model? And if yes, are they still trying? I have very little knowledge in coding but I have free time and will. And so I am willing to help in anyway...
If there is a way, what that is? Could studying coding from almost scratch be a viable option to help? What are the right people to talk to?
Please inform me or direct me to anything regarding these topics that I might have missed.
