Title: Rock music video from Brasil - 7D 2.35:1 - Raw 2k 30fps / ProRes 4k 24fps
Post by: felipesg on March 09, 2018, 05:36:30 PM
Hello!
Firstly I'd like to thank all the community for all the work on Magic Lantern, it gave a new life for my Canon 7D from 2012.
I don't work with filmmaking but I really do like doing it in my free time so in this case I shot a music video for some friends who have a band here in Foz do IguaƧu (or Iguassu Falls as some may know) as my first video using Magic Lantern.
I had some issues on the conversion from .mlv and I screwed something in the sharpening, I really don't know if it was the lens (they are very cheap!), the conversion or something on color grading so if you have some idea please let me know. Any other criticism is welcome too!
I also did something like a report from the filming that is available only in portuguese but I can translate if you find it interesting: http://felipesg.cargocollective.com/She-speaks-chinese-video
And the video itself: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=618BgOqjvL0

RAW 2048x1024, 30fps
ProRes 3840x1634, 24fps
Canon 7D + Magic Lantern;
Canon 50mm f/1.8;
Sigma 10-20mm f/4.0.

Sorry for my english and thanks again!
Felipe
