Title: £30 HACK to get amazing MACRO shots!
Post by: Rob Curd on February 25, 2018, 07:27:19 PM
Hi guys,

Second tutorial I've made.

A quick hack using vintage lenses :).

B roll shot in raw where possible.

Would love your feedback!

Good to know, thanks.

I am just worried about dust on the sensor. Makes me sweat just thinking about all the dust particles floating around when changing lenses

In the old, analogue days  for this purpose we used to take so called spacer rings, which had the advantage of fitting tight between the camera and lens, thus avoiding any risk of dust. Which nowadays with its sensible digital sensors is higher than ever.

its a risk for sure but as long as you clean your sensor regularly should be fine :)
