Title: External display on 5d mark iii not displaying 1080, picture attached

Anyone have any idea why it crops like this on my 5d mark iii? It doesn't fill the screen on a computer screen, hdtv or projector. Anyone see this before?

Canon told me it is what it is, and B&H told me unfortunately they had no idea how to fix it
