I 've format all my CF cards (LEXAR 128go 1066X ) on exFAT and still my MLV files are splited when superior to 4,29go in my 5Dmarkiii...
What i am missing here?

Depends. If you are *not* using MLV_Lite (always a good idea to mention the module you are actually using. Same goes for build version) which doesn't support files > 4 GB: Video tab -> RAW video (MLV) -> [Q] -> Files > 4GiB (exFAT) = ON
