Hello,
im new to this so I want to ask : Can i install ML over my firmware which is not English version (its official language mutation). And then can i start camera after the installation in other than M mode? Thx! :)

Yes to both, ML menus will stay in english, of course.
We also don't test ML features with auto-modes
