I went out and took some videos in the past weekend. With 3072x1308, 23.976FPS, I was able to get continued recording. Struggled a little bit when the card was almost full. And I upscaled to 4K in post-production. Looks very usable for me. And I think I can get 3520x1320 continues now. Will do more test videos.

SD Card: SanDisk Extreme Generation 1, class 10 45MB/s. Magic Lantern installed in this card
CF Card: Lexar Pro UDMA7 1066x 128 BG. Video recorded in this card.

MOvie Rec. Size: 1920 24 ALL-1
Long Exp. noise reduction: OFF
High ISO Sped NR: OFF

Magic Lantern setting:

This is really nice, can you describe your postproduction workflow? did you create a 4K timeline and then just stretched it out?

MLV_DUMP all the MLV files to dngs. put them in individual folder (don't put the MLV files in the folder). Drag the folders to After effects. edit the dngs in the pop up RAW Editor. then create sequence for that each clips, make the sequence 23.99 fps. keep the original frame size. save the AE file. Create a UHD 23.99 fps sequence for the main video, load the AE file with all the sequences in. fit all the AE sequence to the frame. add music, title. Then output as 4k youtube.
Here is the workflow I am still experimenting. Not sure where I can shorten the process.
I assume you're using Premiere. The only thing I can suggest is to check out MLVFS for Windows http://www.magiclantern.fm/forum/index.php?topic=13152.0 but it wont shorten your workflow in steps, it may be faster converting the DNGs though, you may want to check it out.
Amazing details Victor. How stabile is the 3k built on 24p?
Of the list of different builts for 5d3 1.1.3 which one has been the most tested as successful with least of bugs?
