Title: Setting minimum shutter speed in Av mode

Hi all!
Having installed ML to 5D3 with the sole goal to be able to set the minimum shutter speed faster than 1/250 in Av mode, i can't figure out how to activate it. Is there a way to get this feature for those who are not familiar with coding?
