Just downloaded and installed the latest 4K build but can't seem to locate where it is that I enter in the various 4K options... My "movie window" tab looks different than the one you posted online, I don't have nearly all the options as you show. RAW video and Crop mode aren't showing-up.

Those functions are implemented in loadable modules -> Module tab/screen
You have to activate them to use them after restart.
