Title: Full resolution Silent DNGs and flash tweak for half shutter press
Post by: denishogan on March 13, 2017, 04:00:56 AM
Hi All

I have been using the FRSP with continuous light for macro work and was wondering if its possible to trigger a flash on a hotshoe of a Canon 5dmkIII with the HALF SHUTTER PRESS.

I realise that there is a flash tweak but cannot see that option on the 5dmkiii M/lantern "firmware"

Is this feasible?

cheers
Denis

Currently we don't know how to trigger flash without taking a regular (not silent) picture - http://www.magiclantern.fm/forum/index.php?topic=18123.0

Hi All/Alex

I raised this question in March this year and just checking if there is a solution to this today?
