I didn't find this feature. I am looking for an option to use EOS 600D on a camera crane. Only problem is focus. If I could manually focus from a distance that would make it usable. I can get the image from HDMI, but my arm's aren't as long as the crane... If I could plug in a cable to the remote jack (I don't know if this same principle works with a USB plug) and have a joystick kind switch on the crane's handle, e.g. push more than the focus ring turns faster, push it in the opposite direction then focus ring turns the other way.
Would this be something that could be done?
