I'm having issues recording 1920X1080 raw on a sandisk 128g 95 mb's card. I record for about 4 seconds before it drops frames and stops recording, any ideas what could be causing this?

Looks like you're trying to record RAW using an SD-card. SD-card interface in 5D3 is limited to about 21 MByte/s in benchmarks. Real life performance is somewhere below.
You have to use fast CF-cards (1066x) for RAW recording to get 1080p.
