Title: 7d time-lapse shooting

 Hello,
I am having trouble to use my 7D with FPS override.
I SWICHED TO THE PHOTO LIVE VIEW,and it started breaking up and on the top icon it said fps override:10.0 fps.but when I press the start stop button,and check the play back,it says no results.
Is there any one who knows how to star recording with ML on7D ?
Time lapse.

If you want to record movies you have to be in movie mode.

well,what i have figured it out is that you will have to shoot in raw to have time lapse.
i really dont want to shoot in raw because is really hard to edit them,with my 550d,i could shoot time lapse and play back with out the mlv player.
how can i shoot with out mlv?
