Hi all
Whilst I am still getting to grips with this software I came across an issue yesterday regarding cropping. I shot this video at 50fps 1280 x 432 then in post I scaled it to 1920 x 720, but I still had a crop even when I was reviewing the footage. How do I go about re configuring the settings so I don't get a such as this? Preferably I'd want a crop that isn't like this, but where there is more height. Forgive me for my lack of knowledge right now, but if anyone can offer some assistance, that would be terrific. Thanks.
Here' the video in question.

Stretch image vertically by x1.67
What your shooting with? EOS-M? If so than non stretching video is only available in crop mode.
Do you mean in Adobe Premiere?
I want to fit the whole image, not scale so it zooms in.
I'm shooting with a Mark III
Here's an example of what I shot. I would like to fill the whole from 1280x720

Oh, I didn't notice it was 50fps, that's the reason. It's in 1280 x 720p (60/50fps) mode "mv720" where it squeezes image vertically. Long story short you need mv1080 (24-30fps) for normal aspect ratios, in mv720 you'll need stretch vertically x1.67 in post to get your aspect ratio, then upscale to your final resolution.
