My computer doesn't recognise my Lexar 16GB 1066x CompactFlash card. It doesn't show up or is unable to read it. Very strange beacuse another card, SanDisk 16GB 50MBs, DOES show up and works fine.
Is the Lexar card too fast for my computer (Windows 7 64bit)? I searched the internet for a solution but there isn't one.
Is there someone who had this same problem and knows how to fix it?

False assumption.
Make sure to use an UDMA-7 compatible cardreader.

No, this isn't working.
Format the card in your computer, then format the card in your camera, then restart your computer.
I just had the same problem, this worked for me.
"Not working" may be not the most detailed problem description.
You may want to go into detail.
- Is the card usable in cam?
- Type of cardreader used? Firmware update available for your cardreader?
- Is the card working using other computers?
- Which OS you are using?
- Error description. What happens if you insert the card into cardreader?

Yes, this also worked for me. I was able to instal ML and copy files from the card to my computer using the UDMA-7 card reader.
Problem solved: thank you both.
