Title: [Hack] Adding a mic input
Post by: Sergio de la Torre on July 28, 2016, 01:26:31 PM
Has anybody added a mic input in the 1100D/1200D/1300D.

The trick is soldering a jack input using the internal mic wires, and drilling a hole in the camera body

I've done other camera hacks (300D mirror repair, Nikon D50 IR or 350D IR), but I would like to know other experiences from these models (specially 1200D)

A bit of literature (500D)
