Title: [DONE] More convinient FPS override controls
Post by: Embosser on July 26, 2012, 01:38:40 PM
I'd like to see direct shutter speed setting in FPS override menu. When I turn FPS override to very low FPS (0.2 for example) is's gone to be really tricky to set right shutter speed because of a long response time.

Me too!  I felt like it was too much of a learning curve to make a time lapse.  Why not just have a setting for shutter speed and degrees of shutter?  Nobdy understands the internal timers and the way they are displayed on the menu.

Shutter speed range does just that. Nobody forces you to read the timers, you can hide them.

I don't think the menu needs to be simplify, there's a lot in ml I don't understand but I just don't mess with those features. After all, ml wasn't design for any one person, so what seems complicated to me might be useful for others. What would be convenient is if I could adjust shutter speed beyond the Canon limit using the dials without going in the ml menu at all.
