I am trying to setup the intervalometer to work in movie mode while shooting RAW video. For example I would like to take video clips 30 to 60 seconds long, and each clip starting 5 minutes apart. Is there a way to setup the recording start and stop with a long delay between clips?

Interesting. Unfortunately that is a bit beyond me. Also I may be going about this the wrong way as it appears the intervalometer will only trigger stills while in movie mode not recordings.
