This is my first RAW video! What do you guys think?
Wonderful piece of work, excellent color of choice and welcome aboard @springs32!
Care to share your spec/settings used within ML menu as well as Canon's on your 5D3?
Thanks for sharing.
beautiful
I believe I shot in 1920x960 with the cinescope croplines for framing. I shot it in 24p as well!
Nice. Have you tried using crop mode?
Also which glass did you use?
No I havent! I haven't quite figured out how to use it. Haha. I got it to come up once but thats it and it was by accident. I used a 35L and an 85 sigma the whole time. I don't recall using any other lenses!
Damn dude... Perhaps with your 85 Sigma... Leave it wide open and press the Magnifier Button twice (to get into 10x mode) and then press record (be sure it isn't in higher than 30 fps otherwise it won't look pretty) and see it for yourself...
It won't be proper framing while recording but you can also use the crop-marks which will show you the proper framing of it before going into Crop-Mode... Totally worth it!
Thanks man! Ill mess with it!
Really impressed by the grade of this wedding! Can you share a little about your workflow?is it not some VSCO preset in an ACR workflow??Congratulation for a first raw video.Contrast is great and all seem very natural!
Imported the DNG sequence into AE and put a vsco preset on it before doing more color correction in AE and then i exported it with Apple ProRes 4444 so i could edit in Premiere!
Thanks for the reply!I tried some vsco sometimes, but with less good results than what you've done!
Amazing framing, color, contrast... Grats my friend!
