Has anyone seen this new site yet?

I've been binging on it lately, there's hundreds of shorts to watch on there and they all have little mini-trailers which is pretty cool. It just makes finding shorts so much simpler than trawling through YouTube or Vimeo.
I find it really inspiring for my own films. Thoughts?
