Title: Is it possible to have ML for two diff cameras on same card?

I started out with a 70D and ML is working just great on that body. Within the last week I got a 6D, installed ML on it, and I'm a very happy camper! Is it possible to have one version of ML for each of the cameras on the same card and go back and forth between the cameras without any issues?
