Post by: beauchampy on August 28, 2015, 01:32:39 AM

5Dm3, MLV @ 2:1 ratio (stretched becomes 1920x960) @ 50fps
Canon 70-200 2.8 IS L II

Coloured in Davinci Resolve using Film Convert (not a lot of tweaking here, just some basic profiles and primaries). De-noised using Neat Video.

hey beauchampy,

Stellar work, this is a really great look. What shutter speed are you using @ 50fps?

Wow that's stunning. Iam new to raw shooting. Are the frame size and rates for the 50fps stuff the biggest you can get? What cards are you shooting with. ;)

It was 1920 across at a 2:1 ratio (sorry can't remember off hand what the vertical pixel count was). You can go to 16:9 but you'll only get about 7 or 8 seconds. I think I was getting about 12-14.

Cards were Lexar 1000x 32gb and 64gb. I've since bought Komputerbay 128gb 1066x and had good results with those too.
