Title: .MOV too large?

Shot raw. File is huge. Converted it to a .mov that is 4,194,296 kb and I can't import it to adobe premiere pro or play it in quicktime.

How can i shrink the file so it'a s bit smaller?

Is that the probem?

Do you have a 32-bit OS?
