Title: 720p on 5D2?
Post by: klausesser on July 21, 2012, 07:48:26 PM
Hi!

I´d like to test 720p on a 5D2. Neither the Canon-software nor ML seems to provide it. I´m i missing something?

best, Klaus

I'd love to test this feature as well. 720@60p. Not sure if this is actually a feature of the new RC.

Ok, just did a bit of research...no overcranking for the 5DM2 at any resolution..only undercranking. Only 600/650D

I'd love to have 720 on 5d2 with the standard frame rates. From time to it's just useless to have fullhd, sometimes it would be better to spare some space on the card but still have better resolution than 640.

Downscaling in post is always better than downscaling in camera. If you want to save some space, you can lower the bitrate.
