Well Folks--
Decided to give one last shot with the EOS-M before I put it up for sale (due to the pink dot nightmares!) no kidding -- so before I go ahead and start this thread...
I first want to say Thanks to @a1ex, @Danne, @dmilligan, @Andy600 & as well as everyone else on board @ ML for keeping me alive and I can't be more proud of how great this community is for everyone, including myself!
So without you guys -- this EOS-M would have been long gone from my boat and MLVFS literally saved the whole show (Thanks @dmilligan) by applying the bad pixel fix as well as the CS2x2 enabled within WebGUI and exported as ProRes4444XQ in Cinelog-C (Thanks @Andy600).
Then I take the ProRes files to FCPX where I apply two LUTs ('Cinelog-C_to_Eastman_100T_5247_Warm'.cube @ 100% + 'dan_log_01_to_Contrast_03'.cube @ 9% -- Thanks @Danne for your customized LUTS!) combined together within the LUT Utility plugin and according to my eyes, it looks candy! :P

...and where'd the pink dots go? Bad-Pixel Fix & CS2x2 via MLVFS did the trick and Thanks to everyone for their contributions!

NIce stuff and cool that you mix things up :). Looks like you can achieve some nice footage from that little cam. Cool litte lut utility program as well.

It looks really nice and good to see someone not being scared to push the blacks down to make it pop! - the world is awash with dull, flat and desaturated videos.
The only technical comment I would have is about the aspect ratio as it seems a little squashed vertically?

Thanks guys... It was actually 2am when I got excited and decided to post this online to share my experience -- oops!

So my fault for being so used to using @Danne's incredible app (cr2hdr-r) which includes auto stretching for achieving a proper 16:9 look. That's how lazy I can be!
Also is it recommended to do the stretch prior exporting as Cinelog-C in ProRes4444XQ within AE or this can be done afterwards in FCPX during color grade right before final export?
I'm assuming either way should work...
Yes but aliasing is *not* your friend... :-(
So it's best to leave as it is?

Cr2hdr-r auto stretches according to slowmo settings in 5d mark 3. Other cameras could have one of these numbers as 16:9 and so it will stretch normarl looking files as well. MIght be able to disable the autostretch for other cameras when I have some time left.
*Hehe, just realize you don,t want the material to be stretched so just forget about the vids.

Yes, you're right about cr2hdr-r only stretches slo-mo files from 5D3. Just Having all the apps/options/NLE in my head can sometimes be a bit hectic and prone to forgetting one or two simple steps in post workflow.
Ain't this what keeps us all entertained and learn from the best of each other -- hence the purpose of this wonderful community on this forum.
