would like to know if there is a way to copy my magic lantern raw video from cf to sd card on 5dmkiii

Do I understand correctly? You have video files recorded on CF and want to move them to SD? Using just your camera?
To transfer 60 GByte data to SD you will need about 45 minutes because 5D3's SD-card interface is limited to about 21 MByte/s write rate.
Get a second CF-card and transfer outside cam.
