Been using ML occasionally on a D60 for about 2 years. Figured it was about time to upgrade. However, appears y'all have switched to nightly builds and no longer have stable releases. While I don't mind testing beta or even alpha releases, I'd like a stable release to use when capturing important photos.
I have v2.3, downloaded at end of 2013 but built 2012-07-23. Served me well. Would that happen to be the last stable build? If not, where can I download the last?
The stable version will be on 1 April.
The nightlies are more stable than the stable version.

Hmmm...As a developer myself, I'm quite dubious of nightlies being stable but the qualifier "...more stable than the stable version" says it all. Guess I just never ran into any of the problems of the "stable" version. :)

It was stable at the time :P But they've since rewritten parts making it safer (or something like that).
It has come up on the forums before so if you have a hunt around you will find a better explanation than mine :P
