Print Page - Lightroom Dual ISO Module

Hi, I have replaced my Hard Drive and tried to ADD the module to Lightroom 5 and it does show in the manager but when I send an image I don't get the option list from Dual ISO (http://i57.tinypic.com/2uhafsp.jpg)
Should I still get this option please?
Windows 7 64bit
