Title: 700D and RAW
Post by: Igradar on October 07, 2014, 05:10:42 PM
Hey all! I've been using ML for a little while now on my 700D but only recently trued the RAW setting. However, I've run into a few problems.

After a few seconds of recording it stops with the message 'movie recording has stopped automatically', and as red warning message that reads '1 skipped'.

I don't seem to have a playback option for my RAW recordings - as soon as I've recorded something and I hit the play button, it just shows my non-RAW footage.

Which setting should I be be using for RAW? At present I can't go beyond 1728, if I choose 1792 it says 'not possible in current shooting mode'.

I wonder is this all caused by my card not being fast enough? Its a 64GB 45mb/s sandisk card with a circular icon that reads ,'10' as shown here: http://imgur.com/FMGoS1Q

Reading material: User Guide, FAQ and sticky threads about RAW video. Search for "crop mode", too.
