Title: 600D: elapsed time on mov-recording not displayed on the right place
Post by: escho on June 15, 2014, 08:04:45 PM
The time_indicator make nonsense on my 600D. Esapsed time is displayed over other data. I remember, this problem existed some time ago.  I thougt, it was fixed, but it it seems not be fixed. (I don´t use mov-video very often, so I didn´t notice it). So I searched a bit and found, that this is fixed for 5DIII. So I have 2 questions:

1. Can this fix (in bitrate-5d3.c) easily be ported to  other cameras?
2. In bitrate.c I see: FEATURE_NITRATE. What does that FEATURE_NITRATE mean. What is it for?

Verified ... Elapsed time flashing over Frame rate  data.  Turned off until fix is found.

Point 2:
I still wanted to say: No explanation - no attempt to fix the problem  :P  ;)
