I know crop mode is 1\3 part from full frame.
This is possible make IS module that check gyroscope coordinates and stabilize image (shift capture area)?

I think what you mean is to emulate in-body stabilization by shifting the recording area around? That would be awesome if we can do that. Is the IS info from the lens sent to the body at all? If it is, maybe it can be used to achieve this.
I guess you can try with the sticky half-shutter option (this should engage IS).
