Title: Can not load ML on my iMac

I have tried to load ML onto my Canon 650D from my iMac several times without success. I am sure it is something simple that I am doing or not doing.
I followed the instructions from the site but my camera just says 'Memory card containing firmware is required to update'
I have downloaded and extracted macboot.zip and magiclantern-v2.3.NEXT.2013Aug03.650D104.zip and put them onto a 32gb card.
Please what have I done wrong?

Used a really old version. Download the latest version from the nightly builds page. Verify there is .fir file on your card and that the camera model and Canon firmware version match your camera.
