Title: Switching from 1/31 second shutter speed to 1/30 second

I am using a T2i with ML latest build.  I used to know how to switch between 1/31 second and 1/30 second video shutter speed when shooting video.  I seem to forget how to do this without turning off ML.  Would someone please refresh my memory on that.  I seem to have the impression that I get better quality video of a computer monitor with a refresh rate of 60 if I use 1/30 second than when I use 1/31.  I presume I could use 1/60 which happens to be unchanged, but I would need to double my ISO.
