ok. im new to this site and i have no idea what to buy. the canon 6D or the canon 5D mark 2 or the canon 5D mark 3
i have the money to buy either the 6D or the Canon 5D Mark 2. so money is not a issue.
but i would have to same a other $400 in order to buy the canon 5D mark 3.
so my question is. what do you guys think!??
should i go with the 6d? 5d mark 2?
or should i save to get the mark 3? (witch is not a issue. i can wait and save my money)
what i like to shoot is fast motion. such as:
motocross
what i also like to shoot is people. like portraits
and i like to shoot landscape alot!
so please help me choose. it would mean alot.
between the 3? The 5D mk3 if money is not a problem.
Welcome to the forum! Please do make an effort and use a more descriptive title next time round ;)
I would say remove the 5D2 out of the equation and go for the 5D3 or 6D (5D3 is slightly better for stills.. check out some reviews for detailed comparison). Then again, I'm sure you'll enjoy whichever one you end up getting!
5DM3 for sure, especially for fast action and RAW video. 5DM3 has 41 cross-focus points vs 1 for 5DM2 and 6D, also 6D only has 40 MBps card write speed on SD card (no CF card slot), means limited RAW video recordings, see here: http://www.magiclantern.fm/forum/index.php?topic=6215.0
The big thing the 6D has is more dynamic range, which is awesome, but doesn't really come into play for fast-action shots.
Here are some comparisons...

Forget 5d2/6d, terrible tracking af, get a 5d3 or - if money really isn't an issue - 1d4/1dx.
Thanks guys!!! It means so much!
So why not the mark 2?? Is it really that bad of a camera?

The 5DM2 is a great camera, I own it and love it and I can tell you my next camera is definitely a 5DM3, but it all depends upon your style of/need for using it.
For focus-tracking, the 5DM3 is impossible to beat, can't even be matched. For dynamic range, the 6D is best. For RAW video recording, your only choices of the 3 are the 5Ds really (6D too slow). The only advantage of the 5DM2 has over the 6D is RAW video recording, so these are the kinds of things to consider depending upon how you plan on using it.
