Title: Workaround for pink/magenta highlights in overexposed footage
Post by: aace on May 10, 2014, 03:18:48 AM
I've run into a problem with the pink/magenta highlights in Premiere Pro CC. I've been using the MLRawViewer to convert the MLV files to ProRes MOV but there's this overexposed clip that is pretty much unusable when converted to ProRes. So I found a way around the highlight issue and the garbage encode in the highlights by using blending modes. Check out my workaround in the video below. I'm all ears for suggestions.

Could you also file a bug report against MlRawViewer along with some sample data? Thanks
