Title: Advice Body / ML version for continuos recording without a frames drop
Post by: stancikcom on April 24, 2014, 11:49:47 AM
Hi everybody.

Can you advice on a Canon body (idealy APS-C) and appropriate ML version, that can be used reliably for continuos recording (more than 60 min.) in the 1080p H264 with sound without any frame drop and with peaking enabled

I have found out that some DLSR have an issue with this, and jitters occures when the camera splits the stream into multiple files due to 2GB or 4GB file limit.

Please, mention: Body Model, ML version, and recommended in camera seetings (bitrate, fps,...),
and if peaking function can be used.

Thank you.

Do you mean camera with decent quality but DLSR like flexibility with body cost < 1000 EUR e.g. Black Magic Pocket Camera?
