Hello,
I tried looking for this feature in the wiki but had no luck. Does magic lantern allow the recording from the built in and external mic at the same time onto two separate audio channels? I'm recording live shows and would like to record the band from my directional mic but also have the omnidirectional built in mic feed available for audience sounds.

Yes it allows separate recording to different channels.
