Can ML add more than 3 slots for Picture Styles on EOS DSLR?

the answer is basically: no and virtually impossible
to elaborate a little more one it: there are only the 3 slots for them in the camera
people have also asked if the picture styles can be kept on the card and swapped in and out in camera
this is the virtually impossible part because the registers that hold the picture styles are very dangerous to write to
