Title: Shooting Canada's First Short in MLV
Post by: dubzeebass on March 14, 2014, 12:21:38 AM
On April 19th we'll be spending the day at a little pub near Yonge & Eglinton with a group of very talented actors, a sizeable crew, and 2 5D Mark IIIs running Magic Lantern with MLV. We've rented a set of Zeiss CP2 cinema lenses, have a professional boom operator with a proper kit, a great light setup, and a very compelling script to work from.

My buddy's Master's thesis is to make a movie. How cool is that? I can't wait to share the results on here. If anyone is in Toronto and wants to help with lights, feel free to hit me up, I'd appreciate it.

We've already shot "Canada's first short" in MLV a month and a half ago (MuchFact music video as well!) @ The Horseshoe Tavern
It's currently being graded... I'll post a link to the trailer when it's up :)

GL on your shoot though!
